Julian Russell
Julian is a Chartered Engineer and holds a masters degree in chemical engineering from Cambridge University. In previous MD, General Manager and Operations Manager roles in the chemicals, food, plastics and automotive industries Julian has successfully applied a systems approach and ISO principles to deliver improvements in sales, quality, productivity and people capability.
Using a highly flexible methodology, he has led numerous change management and business development projects in both manufacturing and service industries and in all types of organisations from single employee through to blue chip multinationals.
Whilst providing specific project management coverage for ISO in a Box ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 projects in Worcester, Gloucester and Swindon areas Julian also leads other challenging client projects across the UK.
