‘ISO in a Box’™ is the simple, logical and proven tool that guarantees ISO compliance to UKAS certification standard.  More than this, it fulfils the requirements of the ISO Standards in that your Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety Management System should be accessible to the management and workforce and should be part of the everyday operation of your business – adding value by providing the framework to run your organisation in a highly organised fashion.

‘ISO in a Box’™ has versions for ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007 and runs on your internal computer network in Microsoft Office. To begin with, the System starts life as set of generic processes, supported by a full library of templates. It is suitable for any business in any industry sector but, right at the start, is not yet suited to your business. It needs to be tailored and adapted so that it becomes a working model of your organisation and the way you do things, containing all your documents, forms and policies in support of your processes. That is where our expert consultants come in working for you under your guidance to create your own unique system.

You have a choice of methods by which we can get you ready for that all-important UKAS certification audit:

Full System Build for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 or any combination of the three Standards.
The majority of the system building process will be carried out by your Equas SmartPro consultant, under the supervision of your nominated in-house team member. Input from your nominated person will usually take up around 2 hours per week.

Assisted Build for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or both Standards together
The complete ‘ISO in a Box’™ Quality or Environmental Management System, on-site system building and guidance from your Equas SmartPro partner, off-site support (email & ‘phone) during the build process.
In this case, you build the system and we help you.

In either case your consultant will return to your premises before the UKAS audit in order to carry out a full Internal Audit, thereby guaranteeing trouble-free certification.
