When I first approached Equas about ‘ISO in a Box’ I inferred from the name that we would be offered a ‘ready-made’, ‘one size fits all’ solution to our QMS requirements, which we knew was not what we wanted.

We were very pleasantly surprised that this was not the approach that Equas took at all.

Julian Russell, our Equas consultant, provided a very professional service. He understood our (probably unusual) requirements and tailored the service to meet them perfectly.

We started the project with Equas in late November 2012 and received our certification on 15^th March 2013.
