ISO Systems Consultants

We are currently looking for individuals based in the South East, South and South West of England who have the capability to become a knowledgeable consultant and provide hands-on leadership and support to clients needing help to improve their management systems.

Legal Officer

To keep pace with continued strong growth in our legal compliance software, Activ Comply, we have a unique opportunity for a qualified legal professional to join our in-house legal team.

The legal team covers two distinct areas of activity:

  • maintenance of the legal database that underpins Activ Comply; and
  • provision of Data Protection Officer services to Equas clients

The candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in law and have passed the Bar Professional Training Course or Legal Practice Course, or have a master’s degree in law. Post-qualification practical experience of at least 12 months is essential. Direct experience working with Environmental, Energy, Health & Safety, Information Security law and the GDPR is not essential but would be a bonus. Candidates who do not currently have relevant experience/qualifications to cover GDPR and DPO services will also be considered.

IT Support Technician and Customer Helpdesk Advisor

We are looking for a qualified IT apprentice or graduate to join our small, committed and friendly IT team.

The role has two main elements to it, combining day-to-day administration of the company’s internal IT needs and providing first-line support to Activ customers.

Web development skills and a basic understanding of database design are pre-requisites, but beyond that our primary objective is to find a candidate with the right level of enthusiasm, commitment and professionalism to make the role their own and become a key member of the team.

Apprentice – Business Administration / IT

A genuinely exciting opportunity to join our head office team in Chepstow with the prospect of significant personal growth and a long-term career.

We are seeking a post A-level or BTEC student to join us as an apprentice for an immediate start.  Full training to Business Administration for IT Users at Level 3 or Level 4 will be provided over a 12-24 month period.  Training will be tailored to the specific needs and previous experience/qualifications of the successful candidate.

The role has two main elements:

  • Supporting the day-to-day administration of the company’s internal IT needs
  • Providing administrative support to consultancy projects, including preparation of documentation.

Initially we envisage a roughly 50-50 split between the two responsibilities, but over time the successful candidate may choose to specialise in one of the areas.
